Hi all just thought I'd share some of my card backs , all 5 have a "kerrisons" price sticker on them which is my local childhood toy shop and is still there to this day the price sticker it's self is pretty cool as it has the date as well as the price so you can see has time went on the prices came down and that they was still being sold in 1987.

If anybody has a cardback with a kerrisons price sticker on it I'd be very interested

Man you are so lucky to find those from your childhood toy shop. It would be a grail for me to find something with a price sticker from my local childhood toy shop (Peter Jones) on it. I'm always looking but the trouble is I don't know what their price stickers looked like or even if the name of the shop was on them. They are well cool, cherish them.

Thanks Rob , I actually wasn't around when the original figures was in the shops wasn't born till 88 but Kerrisons was a massive part of my childhood and the fact that it's still there to this day and I now take my own child is pretty cool .

That's superb, must give you a strange feeling going in there. Kind of the other way round for me. I was there when the original toys were on sale and I bought stuff in the shop I mentioned but the shop's not there anymore

As much as I'm not into stickers on MOC"s I think this is great for your collection and childhood memories. Plus the additional information given about the price stickers (time and date). Thank you for sharing. Interesting read and also great to hear it's still there today.

Thanks tigerham , what I also find interesting is that all the cardbacks I have and seen have been palitoy or trilogos and the ewok glider is also palitoy stickered but the fx7 moc is Kenner so I'm guessing later towards the late 80s my local childhood toy shop began saucing stock from out side the U.K. ?
