Can someone correctly identify this Boba Fett please?

I initially thought with this being blue, rather than grey, and having a split scar No COO, that it meant this was a Lily Ledy, but after receiving a couple of messages saying it may just be a Trilogo/PBP/Meccano, well, I'm totally confused.

Can the experts cast their eyes over this and tell me what variant it is please?.

The facts...

It's light blue, not grey
It has an unpainted knee
It has no COO
It has a split scar

It looks trilogo/PBP to me based on Wolff's COO guide. I'm not at those guys' levels though for COO identification.

Trilogo, unpainted knee / unpainted dart no COO.

Fair bit of paint rub so seems a funny choice to grade it.
