dude take a look at WIX its awesome, no experirnce needed its all drag and drop, it will save you a fortune.

Thanks for all the responses guys. Edd kindly offered his services first so I will be putting my friend in contact with him. You guys are too kind though, thanks for all your responses, I was overwhelmed. Love this place! 8)
