Yeah the description says harpoon and fully complete, hey for £7.50 if its a snowspeeder with two cannon and glass in the cockpit it beats mine my current one which i actually used as a snow shovel when i was a kid.

Its quite a cheap sweeper though,, bit i cant buy bagged/boxed stuff, i would only put the stickers on.
I dont really get MISB, just buy a mint box and tell everyone theres a speeder in it. impressive though they are.
