Not good ! If you are going to make statements please make sure you can back them up .

Yak face , You have lost a lot of face on here now

I'm just reading in between the lines, but I'm thinking you spent more money on this than you could afford! We've all done it, but you shouldn't drag someone's name through the mud over it... If I were you, I'd put it on eBay! Also, to be fair, £75 was a good price on a tri boba (especially one with mint paint)

The end of May is nearly 7 weeks ago. Bringing up a complaint now really is taking the piss.

A few years ago I bought an Orange hair Luke and paid quite a bit for it. A week later my mum passed away and when the figure turned up I just stuck it in a draw and acknowledged that I had received it to the seller. For the next few weeks I was pretty pre occupied as you can imagine. It was about 3 weeks later I took it out and realised it wasn't the same figure the seller had advertised and it was in significantly worse condition. I brought it up to the seller as I was a bit pissed off but at the same time recognised i had dropped the ball by not checking it when it arrived. If you've got any right to a refund then that right rapidly diminishes the longer you leave it before complaining.

If the Fett was really described as mint and has "really really" loose limbs then thats poor form but being that you've misled about the timeframes involved and being too busy then the onus of proof lies with you. Post us a video of how bad these limbs really are.

Funnily enough I've had a Tri Logo Fett that appeared to have slightly loosish limbs one day and fairly tight legs the next. Possibly temperature making the plastic swell and contract which seems to happen more with some of the Euro variants, don't know if that's the case with the Tri Fett though. When i bought it they were slightly loose but not loose enough to complain about. When it came to selling it a year or so later they appeared much tighter and I felt I'd be doing myself a disservice to describe the limbs as loose when they didn't appear to be anymore.

By the way though, the seller shouldn't have asked you to pay by pp gift or otherwise add fees. I got told off for that one as i understand it's been added to the rules. Personally I think it's a crappy rule, but rules are rules.

i know it been weeks but like i said i have been really busy. i do have things to do outside the internet. plus iv been on holiday for two weeks i only have the internet at my dads house.

This "i've been too busy" thing has been bugging me so I thought I'd check to see how active you have been lately.

So, you bought the figure at the end of May according to BH and you are claiming to have been too busy since it arrived to have a 2 minute look at it.

During that very busy time from May to July (holiday included) and with limited net access via your Father only..you still managed to get on to SWF and make the following posts:

June 28th
Bumped your WTB

June 23rd
Bumped your WTB

June 20th
Bumped your WTB

June 19th
3 posts in 2 different threads

June 18th
Bumped your WTB and PM'd Iain for loose figures

May 31st
3 WTB bumps

May 23rd
2 WTB Bumps

Sure you've not been on every single day but you were also active on RS all through June too: http://forum.rebelscum.com/users/11459/ (click find latest posts, all posts made in June start on the 2nd page and end on the 3rd page) Posting multiple threads and bumping your WTB threads all while you were busy with limited internet..

I don't buy it sorry, you've obviously not been too busy at all and really..who spends £75 on a figure and doesn't look at it when it arrives? If £75 is a lot of money to you (your words not mine) then you should have made sure you were happy the day the parcel arrived not wait 5 weeks to complain.

If you don't work as a Police Detective you're in the wrong job.

Note to self: Don't mess with Joe_O

bought a loose tri boba fett. when i got it the limbs were really loose and he would not stand up even with a stand. now the limbs seem stiffer and he stands up. is this down to plastic degeneration?

So the limbs are ok now?

So first the limbs are really really loose and now they get tighter when you move them?
But he's seeking a refund for this magical figure?

Thanks for that link Oli and detective Joe ColumbO I feel a bit better today
