Bought a loose trilogo fett. ment to be mint but really really loose limbs.

i know what your saying but i haven't used the product its just been stored in a bag for a couple of weeks.

in actual fact you get 12 months guarantee with anything you buy from most stores.

i don't think im being childish if i wasn't busy i would of contacted the seller straight away why would i wait? 5 weeks is not a long time in the bigger scheme of things.

i don't see whats childish about it. £75 is lot of money to me.

But if £75 is a lot of money to you surely you would have checked the figure when it arrived?

I think the general complaint of 'ive been busy' wears a bit thin after more than a few days. How do you live your life when you dont have time to spend 5 mins checking a purchase and then 20 mins emailing someone.

And no Internet access? Do you not have a smartphone? You can get 3G up a mountain these days.

i know i should. lesson learnt. but think its unfair to say a figure is the best one you have ever seen when the limbs are so loose. think he is being more unfair than me.

i have a basic phone. living in the dark ages at the min.

Okay firstly thank you to Mark and Joe for the kind words.

Now here is the real story..

As some of you guys will know I've collected fett stuff for many years and owned an army of tri fetts, the one which was sold (at he end of May!) to Yak_Face was by far the mint it's example I've ever owned hey and guess what the limbs were nice and tight and I mean factory tight. Now for the few of you guys I have not sold to my feedback might be worth a read.

I received this message out of the blue yesterday about the loose limbs which is utter crap, I've spoken to Edd about this yesterday as I believe this guy is trying to con me, and as for the 'gift' payment I told the buyer either gift or cover the fees which is pretty normal.

I was going to post a warning thread about this guy but just wanted to see what would happen first. I'd like to think I've done a few people on here favours when selling items price wise so when something like this happens it just makes me think why did I bother.

This could be very easily solved. Bootyhunter (Don't know your real name, sorry). Do you have the original pictures of the item sold? Fetts seem to have **** paint apps so it shouldn't be too hard to id some individual paint blemishes.

Yak_face needs to take a video of these loose limbs that clearly ids the Boba Fett as the sold one. Unless he has spent the past two months playing with the figure, the limbs should still be stiff as the seller states. If they are swinging like nuts under a dick on an august day then the buyer is probably right, although 5 weeks is a bit of a piss take. If you spend £75 on anything you check it when it arrives, surely.

Anyway, thats my suggestion. Good luck sorting this out.

how can i con you? sent as gift cos i trusted the community. im not arguing like i said im busy.

You've asked me for a refund after about 7 weeks, you are trying to smear my name on here?
Don't talk to me about community.

Yes photos could be supplied if we really need to do that I have nothing to hide

FFS we are all busy. We are all adult, we have jobs, houses, families, lives...

I agree post a picture of the original for sale item and the loose limbed version recieved and we will help identify it...or not.

I can't see a picture posted by bootyhunter in this link Walkie, are you sure this is the right link?

I'd be quite interested to see a tri fett with mint paintwork but 'really really' loose limbs as I've never seen one before

Very true, never come across one with limbs so loose it won't even stand. The only figures I've ever come across like that tend to be either Death Star Droid or 3P0.

I do have a tri logo Fett with super loose limbs so they are out there. I will add though that the paintwork on mine is pretty bad so it's definitely seen a lot action. One with loose limbs and perfect paintwork seems doubtful but hopefully a video will be posted of it for us all to see, it might even end up being another variant!

i know it been weeks but like i said i have been really busy. i do have things to do outside the internet. plus iv been on holiday for two weeks i only have the internet at my dads house.

This "i've been too busy" thing has been bugging me so I thought I'd check to see how active you have been lately.

So, you bought the figure at the end of May according to BH and you are claiming to have been too busy since it arrived to have a 2 minute look at it.

During that very busy time from May to July (holiday included) and with limited net access via your Father only..you still managed to get on to SWF and make the following posts:

June 28th
Bumped your WTB

June 23rd
Bumped your WTB

June 20th
Bumped your WTB

June 19th
3 posts in 2 different threads

June 18th
Bumped your WTB and PM'd Iain for loose figures

May 31st
3 WTB bumps

May 23rd
2 WTB Bumps

Sure you've not been on every single day but you were also active on RS all through June too: http://forum.rebelscum.com/users/11459/ (click find latest posts, all posts made in June start on the 2nd page and end on the 3rd page) Posting multiple threads and bumping your WTB threads all while you were busy with limited internet..

I don't buy it sorry, you've obviously not been too busy at all and really..who spends £75 on a figure and doesn't look at it when it arrives? If £75 is a lot of money to you (your words not mine) then you should have made sure you were happy the day the parcel arrived not wait 5 weeks to complain.
