Post an image, or two images, that represent a difference between a book and the film adaptation (or vice versa) and then people have to guess the film.

I assume the difference is bronze vs gold, or winning in the movie to placing in the book but I'm devoid of an actual answer

Yep. Changing WW2 history is bad enough, changing Arsenal for a stickball team is unforgivable, although Hornby changed his own book for the British adaptation as well
