Not sure if this is true or not, but assuming it was a camera that got you and not some twat with his hairdryer/cop car with a speed camera, then I THINK if you were driving the lass's car you can 'claim' you dont know which one of you was driving it. I have heard that in that situation if they don't know who was actually driving and can't tell from the picture of you speeding, then they can't actually give the points to anyone. You may still have to pay the fine, as ONE of you was speeding, but it saves the points.
