Has anyone had any recent dealings with this crook. Paid him £2500 last March for a General Madine and Jawa Tri logo that he was getting case fresh from a so called contact in france but they got lost in transit and although they were insured the french post would not settle!! I have heard that other people have had similar problems. Still trying to get my money back but he seems to have alot of familly illnesses and work problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well George, as you know, I was conned by Bill Rodgers too. I was also roped in to this French deal, by the tune of £1,500. After almost 1 year of lies, bluff, and all sorts of replies from 'various people' from Bill's email address, I had to settle for 'vastly overpriced' SW items of his, as recompense.... and I am lucky I even got them.

I've bought some things of Bill's other half - slow postage, but no problems. I was aware that other people had experienced problems with Bill, but I didn't realise that anyone was out of pocket. That's bad luck George

Bill was once one of the most highly respected collectors there was but in the last 2 years or so his reputation is in ruins.

He was always very helpful to me and sold me quite a few mint hard to find variants years ago.
