I recently did some pics for our Frank, such a top guy, and loved doing them.

I returned home today to a wonderful surprise, a sweet TL Weeqay MOC, and my very first PD...awesome, also some scrum my home made jams, and a jar of Porcini...doesn't get any better than that

You know those mushrooms are going to taste wonderful, sadly no hallucinogenic properties, but hey you'll just have to drink more at chrimbo.

Sure we all had it at some point with some stupidly irritating tune.

DON'T put all those mushrooms in a single dish mike, there are bloody loads in that gar mae, they have been dehydrated so only look one tenth their initial size mate, you'll taste fook all but shrooms otherwise, best to add plenty of normal fresh mushrooms & a few of these to pop the flavours buddy, god I'm turning this into the Delia Smith forum

No mate don't worry only a smidgin of porcini along with a mix of two or three types of fresh mushrooms fresh double cream touch of basil, onions/ quarter red onion, chuck steak tenderised and roughly chopped (rolled in flour and salt and black pepper first) two to three teaspoons of marscapone as well :wink:

Ready steady cook :lol:
