Ok so I get the general notion of assortment stickers, they relate to the product and I presume help in locating/tracking/sorting stock.
Now I guess if they change the assortment number of a product they would do so for a reason, and most likely keep it that way, right?
The original assortment number of 8D8 printed on the card is 71210 and the second assortment number which was a sticker placed over the original is 71580.
If that was changed at a certain period of time why can I find it on 77bks and 79bks?
First I thought it was only on 79bks as it seems to be pretty consistently found on the 79b(anakin offer) card, then I noticed loads of offerless 77bks turning up with it as well(not sure about offerless 79bks yet)
So (if anyone is still reading.. :mrgreen: ) would it just be case of the assortment sticker used in a certain factory? or a certain distribution area/warehouse?
I guess it would make sense being the latter!
Any thoughts? (Anyone noticed anything with their MOC and assortment stickers?)
(I guess its possible for them to have just changed it over time? but take a look at this list (done in release order) to illustrate what I mean and see why I am wondering..)
