Artistic SWFUKers Thread as requested by Michael Sith :)

Wow, some fantastic talent and skill on display here  I haven't attempted to draw anything since I finished my Art A-Level 20 years ago so think I'd be a little too rusty now. I'll just look on in envy

Yes amazing talent Michael, thanks very much for donating the Fett to my competition prize draw, he'll make a fabulous prize!

Brilliant stuff Mike, absolute pleasure seeing your artwork mate.

Have you ever tried using methylated spirits as a wash over your pen sketches? It reacts beautifully with the ink and can create some wonderful water colour like results.

Wouldn't go as far as calling it art :?

Just love scribbling away....I go off into another place...only time I truly chill out...sad but true.

Thanks for the encouragement guys :D especially from really talented people, much appreciated.

No Ryan not resorted to meths yet :D

I will have try that see what happens cheers for the tip, I love the pen effect on the type of parchment paper I use, it absorbs the ink and spreads slightly great for shading and depth.

Saw something like this on etsy, so as my kids have the Hama Beads in their art cupboard, thought I'd give it a go... The SW Den now has new drinks coasters! :D

Well heres me punching individual hairs into the candyman head, takes a loooooong time to do, he has a short cropped afro haircut so this is the only way to do it,normally i'd use a wig but in this case as his hairstyle is so short, i've had to punch it all in with a needle in a pinvise handle then trim the hair back, taken me around ten hours so far, it'll take another ten at least to finish

heres the back of the head, you have to start at the back and work forward

Fantastic mate...dedication and patience ...but that's why your work is awesome the hours you put in really pay off

Can't wait to see this finished 8)

jabba looks ace mate, really love the colouring you do on these, as for my stuff hairpunching is mind numbingly tedious, lol but needs must

Forgot about this guy, a full torso of freddy from nightmare on elm street 4, had this back for a touchup, one of my favourite pieces this one
