Hi everyone,

Star Wars and Formula 1 and my two biggest passions, so I just wondered if there were any other F1 fans on this forum too?

If so, I thought we could use this topic to say hello and have some discussions regarding Formula 1!

...Either that, or this topic will get no responses and will fall to the bottom, never to be seen again!!!!

I follow it, wouldn't say I'm a fan, it's all a bit complicated for me! lol. Hamilton should be knighted not sure why he hasn't!?

I like F1, I preferred it 10 years ago, when it was more open but love watching Lewis reel in Schumacher's records. I wish they had both been in competitive cars when they were racing against each other. It was a nice touch of Mick to give Hamilton one of his dad's old Mercedes helmets Sunday.

I'd class myself as a casual fan, I always watch it, always watch any sport to be honest.

Mercedes need to sign Verstappen alongside Hamilton and let them just go at each other on the track.

Hamilton would school Verstappen IMO. Verstappen is a great driver and future world champion but he has a lot to learn. I agree though it would liven up the sport.

I've seen images of the crash, bloody lucky to walk away from that. Testament to the sport for improving the safety.

I've seen a few clips of that crash. How he walked away from that with only minor injuries is beyond me. He should be dead.
