did you get your spring today?

nope but im sure i will tomorrow then - cheers for that mate :)

i got an unpainted knee tri fett today - took about 2 weeks to arrive lol

i like this feedback as it stops sellers holding out for feedback .as soon as some one pays me i leave feedback .i hate it when they wait for you to leave feedback

I used to feel that way, but I got fed up leaving feedback and then the buyers wouldn't bother leaving any in return

Well mine has gone up, but i have a neutral against my account which has changed my 100 percent to 98.3 percent, this an't be right can it???

i didn't think neutrals counted?

My feedback score went up by 120 points. 8)

If you can't leave a negative for a buyer can you still leave a neutral as you could still type some abuse about them if they are idiots?!! :?

even tho they cant neg buyers - sureley they will just use the "follow up comment" part instead to write some **** about the buyers?

you cant neutral them either, but the guy i just left neutral for has just left me positive feedback rather than nothing at all ??

he said 'pleasure to deal with' - is he being sarcastic?

I use to take the piss out of my mums account as shes got over 6000 feed back but had 4 negs from retaliation sellers so was on like 99. 7 percent whilst although i only got 270 i was on 100 percent and today i checked i gone up to 296 and checked if my mums has gone up and her feedback is changed to 100 percent?

are they deleting the bad feedback you get from sellers too now

he is trying make people not notice any problem with him i reckon

i put a comment about a figure i bought saying they figure had pen on and the seller ignored me and his reply was a1++ excellent etc etc...

Some sellers do bulk feedback leaving sessions and forget to take out the ones they wanted to leave something else for.

The bad feedback is still there, only the feedback within the last 12 months now counts towards your score.

A neutral feedback is now classed the same as a negative or maybe slightly better. I have had ONE neutral in the last 12 months and this has chnaged my feedback from 100 percent to 98.3 percent wjhich is so annoying considering i've never had any negatives at all. I sent them an email and this was their reply below:

"Hello, Thank you for your email. I understand you're concerned about your current feedback score. As per our recent updates, the percentage of positive feedback will now include neutral feedback. The basic line is "neutral is not positive" and that the positive percentage is now finally what it should have beenall along: the percentage of all Feedback that is positive. Furthermore, we calculate your Feedback percentage on the basis of the last 12 months of trading, as we feel that this is enough to give a clear picture of a members' history. The percentage score is based on unique transactions over the last 12 months. It's the number of positiveratings, divided by the number of positive, negative and neutral ratings. For example, let's say you've received 1000 positive comments, 3 neutralones and 4 negatives for unique transactions in the last 12 months. Yourfeedback percentage will be calculated as follows: FB % = 1000 / (1000 + 3 + 4) = 99.3% positive. What are unique transactions? Repeat Feedback ratings count towards members' Feedback scores, providedthe transactions ended in a separate week. For Feedback, eBay defines a week as Monday-Sunday, Pacific Time. Similarly, repeat Feedback ratings from the same member will count towards your Feedback percentage, provided the transactions ended in a separate week. To learn more about how the feedback score is calculated, copy this linkinto a new browser window: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/feedback/feedback-scores.html I trust my explanation is clear enough. If you've got any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again. Thank you for buying and selling on eBay. Kind regards, Heather ObaneBay Customer Support "
