I would imagine it's a scam more than an april fools joke, the same Madine was recently unearthed in France (and to my knowledge is still with the same person):

Looks like someone added a Palitoy Ree-Yees in the picture too to make it look more believable..

It seems the auction is allready taken down?

I know the last few months there have been multiple fraudulent auctions on that site. I guess its always the same scammer who post them up.

If you see rare items on that site, please be cautious, and if you decide to try to work with the seller, only pick them up, do not pay with Bank transfer or anything like that.

I reported a few of them allready.
