It looks like the Early Learning Centre monsters. My son had quite a few. Expensive but good quality. Orcs, hydras, wolves - not what you'd expect in the ELC!

Yeah I was gonna say that too. They are usually made by chap mei, a chinese company. They make all sorts, knights, dragons, ninjas, policeman, fireman etc. They actually have quite a fan base.


I googled chap mei orc, as that is what it looks like, found this, which is a multipack of them, but not one that looks like yours though I think its the same line.

The figure is quite weighty and none of the joints are articulated,
