The technology for that has been around for a while and If you work for a company that has one, the investment is minimal.

Hopefully this will make pastics production more affordable. I tried to get some things made by a plastics company ealier in the year and the quote i got was over £10,000 for something that was worth 1/10th that. :shock: They charge you thousands just for the moulding tools which prices out all small businesses and makes 'short runs' impossible. Are there any plastics companies using these?
