Someone is looking to send me 20 loose figures from the States - he has been quoted $60 to do this - there must be a chepaer price than that - what does he need to do ?

Last time I got loose ones from the US, I paid 50 USD for shipping to Norway, BUT, that was for over 80 figures.
So I would say 60 is extremely high, unless its super express with DHL or something like that.

What service is that ? This chap reckons he is in a small backwater and this $60 option is the cheapest he can get

as long as the weight is under 4 lbs he just boxes the up....takes them to his local United States postal office and sends them on their way. Hell may even be less than $12.00

If anything a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box will cost $47.95 to England...
