AFA U uncirculated grade

I bought a cut card that was advertised as being AFA U uncirculated ready. It was advertised as sealed. The problem is, there is a dirty great big hole in the bottom of the bubble and one of the figures feet can clearly see daylight. Is this likely to affect the U uncirculated grade that AFA would grade it as?

I personally think that you will not get the U grade. I sent a card off to AFA that sound similar, it was a Leia Boushh and the feet were sticking out but not enough to remove the figure and it did not receive the U grade. I have also sent two cut cards to AFA and they too did not receive the U grade :?
