Ron let it go. You've obviously had some bad experience with shill bidding in the past but that's not down to me.
Yeah I was temporarily suspended from ebay once back in 2007, but that wasn't because of shill bidding. I bought some books from a US member called usedbookempire, including a book about US Soccer legend Tony Meola. Usedbookempire didn't accept Paypal so I was unable to pay and got some strikes which resulted in me getting suspended prior to an appeal that got me reinstated.
With regard to negative feedback, well when you sell as much as what I do, law of averages will state that it's impossible to keep everybody happy. I've always refused to be a victim of feedback extortion which has resulted in me getting the odd negative comment. Please be aware that my positive feedback far outweighs any negative comments.
I am actually running a current auction on ebid where my feedback is at 100%. I can assure you that there will be no shill bidding going on.

I've now sold this piece, I ended up selling it along with an ESB Palitoy Lobot 41 Back-B AFA 80 for a combined price of £500.

Well the deal actually worked out as £300 for the Tie-Fighter Pilot. It was only afterwards when interest was shown in the Lobot as well that a combined deal was reached for £500.
