Im a call centre manager and a master in the art of the escalation so ill pull out all the stops. I'd love them to cancel all his listings and make him put them in the correct categories!

Ive spoken to a manager at ebay Uk and they have assured me this will be looked in to asap and that the seller is listing in the wrong catagory. He also confirmed that ebay can remove his listings for this and issue a warning.

Without going into details i put forward a very strong argument for their removal.

Lets see if it works.

If anybody else has 10 minutes and is a member of ebay stars then if you can call 02080802105 and put in a complaint about the seller listing in the wrong catagory and the impact its having then this will push then further towards a swift resolution.

It didn't work and I doubt it ever will unless a number of people start complaining.

The thing is ebay don't give a crap - they love sellers like 192035derek. He lists stuff over and over again with high start prices, inflated P&P and bad feedback. Ebay know that only a small percentage of his items will sell and then he will re-list and re-list. The only winner is ebay and they love it.
