12" Kenner Luke

Hi everyone. I recently picked up a large boxed Luke figure which appears to be sealed. However his saber and hook are on his belt.

Did he ever come like this or has he probably been resealed. Figure is mint

My luke AFA 80 had hook and lightsaber sealed in little bag , this is how i have always seen them.

Ah right, I've only have Leia Palitoy and Denys Fisher sealed and i know her comb and brush are sealed. My Lukes are all open but should have guessed his Saber and hook would have also been sealed.
Does this apply to all the characters with blasters too? I'm not sure they were ever sealed?
Actually you've got me thinking now, it's been such a long time since I've looked inside my boxes but weren't the blasters and at least Vaders saber tucked into the apertures at the side of the inner cards?
I think i need to check :?
