12 Back Beater C3PO - Legit?

I picked this guy up on eBay for what I think is a bargain £104 (despite the obvious flaws)

Got him today and whilst I think he is legit (seal looks good), there were a couple of things that are niggling me and would appreciate any views to put my mind at ease (hopefully)

The bubble overruns the card very slightly
The logo bars running round the card are very dull and slightly brownish in colour compared to any of my other 12's
The placement of the punch

Let me know thoughts?

I agree looks legit to me , I've seen moc's before where the bubble has over run the card slightly just a slight factory error in my opinion

They are getting harder to come by - hence my moment of doubt - I actually thought it was too good to be true !
