12/21 loosies how can i tell??

ok guys, im referencing my loose figures
Can any of you tell me how i can confirm which of my first 12 figures are early bird or not.
Are all the early bird coo markings 3 line or is that just luke fb?
i was checking wolffs coo guide in relation to my stormy and he is variant 1 on the guide is that the earlier 12 / 21 back issue?
its just that i find the guides can stipulate whether its pbp/ ledy etc but not stating which is original issue that went with the 12 / 21 backs.

Honestly though can any one else confirm if the variant 1 on Wolffs guide is a potential EB.

12 back & early bird are different. As far as I know all Luke DT baggies are #1 (2 line COO)
