I was given this lot in May, by a childhood family friend.
I couldn't bring it home as we are doing work on our house, so i had to stick it in my mums loft!

My collection is mainly from my childhood.
In 2013 i replaced the weapons that had been lost from my childhood collection (Bought through Iain on this forum).
The same friend who has given me the stuff in the photos above, had previoulsy given me a load of his big ships, which i have on display.
Plus quite a few figures which i've mainly kept apart from my collection.
My plan is to create a mega Coventry Childhood Collection.
So im going to try and swap out items i have bought as an adult, with stuff from my friends collection.
Its going to take a while to go through my notes, photos and posts but i think i can do it.
Paul, Edward, Richard and Angus have all contributed to this mega childhood collection.
I'm partly posting here as looking back over past posts has helped my remember what is original and what has been added.

What a great story! You lucky sod! Looking forward to seeing the Cov collection in the Gallery. Looks like there was some Action Force in there as well?

What an epic haul Paul, nice friend to let you have this lot, some gold in there for sure, I wish I had stuff from my childhood, sadly I only have 1 figure from what I had, but I love it dearly, would be the thing I grab on the way out the door if the house went up in flames, you can't beat the memories.

Thanks mate. saw it at Doncaster months ago put a deposit on it and finally got it today
