Because kenner also made the molded face variant then I would call this figure fantastic. I am not a huge fan of the painted faces on the figures.

It was not a figure that I got when I was a child, it was sold in denmark, but I do not remember I saw it for sale in the shops I got star wars toy.

Here are my 3 loose Luke Skywalker Jedi Knight figures. From left to right:

Moulded face, dark painted hair, Taiwan L1a, R1c figure, Taiwan M2 dark grey palace blaster, M4a Taiwan green saber, Taiwan snap cape.
Moulded hair, painted face, Smile II No COO L1a, R1b figure, M1a light grey-brown Smile palace blaster, M3 Smile light green saber, Smile sewn cape.
Moulded hair, painted face, Smile I L1a, R1b figure, M1b dark grey-brown Smile palace blaster, M3 Smile blue saber, Smile sewn cape.

(N.B. the middle and right-hand figures below are shown holding each other's blasters in error... D'oh!).

And lastly, I also have a Palitoy 65A back Luke Jedi that some kind soul partially opened to remove the blaster. I haven't bothered resealing it as it remains 90% sealed still, however I have re-inserted a palace blaster to complete it :)
