Great items, love the Luke, Vader and the Tie, were they all from Echo?

Great R2 Carl, very nice!

A nick-nacks box and Artoo cushion made by Kathryn Bainbridge

Loving the R2 cushion, not see that before. :)

And TWO Palitoy Luke Hoth's from different members.... nice! :)

Great to see everyone's Echo acquisitions, some fantastic items changing hands.

Hers's my little lot - Bilogo AST-5, ROTJ book to complete my set of UK Rainbow book and tapes, bagged HCF stationery set, Ewoks colouring book, Palitoy Death Star instructions (finally!!!), couple of Bantha Tracks, Palitoy 4%B Cloud Car Pilot, ROTJ lobby card set (sadly hole punched), non-sonic welded Gamorrean Guard, and a couple of Echo badges. Also got my mini Death Star base signed by Bob Brechin, lead designer at Palitoy, who gave a brilliant talk on the history of the company.

Best thing about the day though was seeing and chatting with so many wonderful people, what a great community we have :D

...my brother's wanted one of these for decades. Well, now he's got one. Can't wait to see the look on his face. Thanks Christian.

Was that you discussing broken reins at the stall? Looks like a lot of people from here were there but I didn't get to put many names to faces.

Some great pick ups, I got a couple of modern carded and Martin LOM kindly gave me a mini death star - just got to your bit in Craig's book too Martin 8)

sorry to have missed Bob's Palitoy talk but I did pick up a ROTJ reissue blue prints set, I learnt that there are a lot of these about. Despite my lack of purchases I thought it was a great Echo and is really rivaling FF these days.

It was. Also just ordered my Dewback acrylic case from Christian. I'm sure that was the reason he did me such a good deal on it :D

I'll try and remember to wear this at FF

It's been a while since I posted in this thread. My buying has really slowed down this last year. Mainly due to being even picked about price and item than ever.

I have picked up some things of late thanks a couple of fellow forumites, but for now, here are my Echo Live pickups. I wasn't expecting to go but manage to subvert a family trip and get 90 mins in Redditch. My thanks to Mark for the EB certificate pack and Rich for delivering the Imp Dig to me. The Dig came from Vectis and bears both the £1.59 sticker and a Kaybee 79c sticker, which I love. If anyone else sees any of the last 15 for sale that have these two stickers I'd like to hear about them, please. Oh, and if anyone has any of the "tear off" paperwork for the EB certificate please drop me a message.

About 26 bought with love and excitement!

The other 6 are the "whoops". I hope to get them on the sale forum tomorrow. I think it's a R5D4, star destroyer commander, a walrus man, a power droid, a Death Star droid, and from memory an Ugnaught.

I picked them up before work today from Vectis Oxford.

I hope to take some better pictures then!
