Any thoughts on why they changed the footers to having rounded corners on the front?
Maybe this should be another topic but I can't imagine many takers.

No idea

Eventually they dropped the footers altogether. Which was a pity as I think they make the whole presentation look better

I guess the share holders stepped in and thought it was paying just too much for all that packaging. First they took the corners and then they took the lot!

I do agree with you though that as well as shuring up the packaging it made the presentation better. Also it helped keep the figures more upright, which is why I never understood why they started to use wider bubbles, again more cost cutting I guess.

One of my other dislikes is when the weapon becomes unstuck or falls out of the figures hand and the person who packed the figures thought it was a good idea to turn their head around, standards, standard, standards!

Been quiet as of late with my buys except a few from Shaun that have all arrived nicely.

One I'd like you guys to see is my General Mills (Deutsch) empire 45 back Leia hoth.

Seasons greetings to you all and hope next year is good to you all.

That's because when Hasbro acquired Palitoy a few unopened German 45 back cases were found in a warehouse. So most of them are case fresh. Toytoni had a few. I got Han original and Han Bespin from him.

Hay All

I haven't posted for a while, so many great new pick ups and far to many to mention.

Just thought I'd post an image of my latest Ledy figure. Really pleased with it. I'll be popping a Ledy limelight up on the forum sometime next year.
