What are these Models?

Hi everyone,
I found these two models at my mom's house in Athens, Greece. Anybody know what they are, from when they're from, etc...?She's doing a house clean and wants to know if to give them away or if they're worth anything (the condition of the cases is pretty bad, the models themselves are good).
