All right, this list needs regulated, so here.

Imperial Royal Guard
Barada--that's right, a POTF name. This guy could stomp anyone that came against him! He ended up leading my creatures as a kid, and my original Barada is still on the shelf, ready to beat down any plastic-boy that comes along.
Jedi Luke! The answer to Barada.
Stormtrooper--come on, it's gotta beat Boba!
AT-ST Driver--simple but so effective!

Honourable mention goes to the Rebo Band.... I love those figures.
I think the Droids C3P0 is probably the best sculpted and has the best paint and they seem to survive in really minty condition- is this because kids didn't play with them or because paint techniques improved later in the range?

Never that keen on C3PO, I much prefer the original to the removable limbs version. Especially carded. Really dislike the artwork on the second version.
