Are both SWCC and TIG having problems?

I'm having problems when trying to access the sites. Anyone else having these problems?
Works sometimes when I update, but this is what happens in the tab:

Something happened to my browser when installing idm, it started happening after that, but have removed it,
yet I still have the same issue. might have to reinstall my browser...
Doing a virus scan first...

Definitely on my end, can't click links now, the browser tries to download instead of opening a new tab....

Virus scan; nothing found....
Reinstalled browser, still the same problem on a few sites.....

Fixed it!
Had to reinstall idm, and uncheck integrated browser download for chrome.....
