is this a Reseal? Advice needed...sorted!

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I'm looking for advice asap. Does this bubble seal look ok to you guys? The edge is actually raised up so if you run your finger over it you can feel it. It's not flush to the card. However, the waffle pattern looks ok :?

To me though it really looks like glue! Could it just be heavy handed factory worker? I would appreciate any advice before I contact the seller. They have stated before sale that its 100% factory sealed. Just a bit concerned, Thanks

Great thanks for that. As I say I was just wondering as I haven't seen anything like that before.? Feel a bit easier now I have asked seller just to confirm again. They seem pretty decent anyways

I have seen seals like that. I am with Grant...it's all good.

Some of the seals on some of my cards are a bit ropey. Really jagged, bubble not cut straight, raised edges but not lifting bubbles. Quality didn't really seem an issue on the bubble in those days.
