Hello there, I have recently come into possession of my childhood Star Wars figures. One of these bad boys is Yak Face, I have done a bit of research into him and found out that he his quite a rare one. I do not however have the box nor the coin that came with it, I also do not have his Staff, this part is still unsure to me as apparently the Tri-Logo version was never shipped with the extra Staff, I have also heard that how you can tell the Tri-Logo version is the lack of COO on the figurine. I would like to know how much it is worth, I am huge Star Wars fan and was gobsmacked when I found him. I would love to keep him, but my financial situation at the moment says otherwise. Thankyou.

Hello, it might be best to introduce yourself as you will get a better reception when asking for help :)

It is a rare figure, not massively rare loose, as you will see if you check ebay, the figure you have has discoloured torso and some paint loss, but i could see you getting £40-£60 for it on fleabay

ditto what plantman said the yellowed torso lets it down i dont think you'll get many takers on here with the condition its in, youd better off chancing your arm on ebay i reckon £50ish. yaks arem doing well at the moment good luck with the sale

Yeah give him a bath in soap and water anf get him up on eBay - you'll get at least £50 fr him - maybe more if yu aare lucky

Thankyou very much for all your swift reply's. I suspected that the discolored torso would affect the price. I found him with a dozen other vintage Star Wars figurines from kenner, most of them have discolored torso which is shame none of them have there extras either. They were childhood toys bought from a boot sale and I haven't seen them in about 17 years so they could have been in worse condition :). I have Luke and Leia 1977 models but alas no lightsaber or blaster. I was thinking of selling the others (Malakili, Rebel Soldier, Lando, Greedo, logray, chirpa, Klaatu, Ree-Yees) as a bundle due to the fact of discoloration and lack of extra bits.

once again I thank you guys for the help and may the force be with you :)

Jamie

Sell them on here through the sales section mate, you'll save yourself a packet in Ebay fees.

He also has a cooked stance which isn't gonna help. I agree with Iain, should just about scrape 50. Even the beaters are selling well at the moment.
I'd watch this one end if i were you. Might give you a decent idea of the current market on Yak Face beaters.

If its graded below 75 then you will might find it will sell less than by selling it as a pure loose figure. I have seen some really low prices paid for MOCs which are AFA/UKG 70 or below, as those hunting graded items prefer 75+........

Tis a strange world.

Cheers

Well this one went for £36.11. Not surprised at all. I thought under 40. Don't think your will fair much better tho you can never tell with ebay. Fluctuations can be drastic and unpredictable.
