X-Wing Hybrid on set of Episode VII

Got a link posted to my Facebook page via Starwars.com this morning. I nearly wet my self at first when it seamed to show an X-Wing on the set of Episode VII with good old JJ. But after a second glance the ship is of a slightly different design. Still, good to see things I can relate to, what with the report of the Falcon being used and now an X-Wing(ish) ship making an appearance I just can't wait till December next year

I'm pretty sure that its a Z-95 headhunter. Makes sense because they released that ship as a model in the x-wing minuture game recently. Maybe getting prepped for the new film?

It's not a Z95. It's a x-wing mk2 for want of a better name.
