WWII RAF Naval survival knife

Selling this nice piece of history, a WW2 British RAF Naval survival knife complete with original sharpener.

The leather is in excellent condition, the knife is too, i dont know if the lanyard is the original one.

It has a hammer plate on the end with a screwhole, this may have been to fit a specific rifle, or to make a spear?

Im not sure of any other details

A reliable source of mine says the scabbard is 1960's US Airforce so could be worth more on that market if the knife matches it.
