Ouch!, thats a tricky one to track down. I ended up buying a loose graded one and breaking him open.
There was another loose graded one kicking around on eBay for ages and the seller's a member on RS, I could try and remember his username if you wish?
If your after a figure only (no gun), I did know of one and can make enquires for you?
