WTB - HONG KONG Boba Fett

It is the same figure all right. There are some serious question marks about the paint apps though. I would say it has been cleaned up after the auction pictures were taken.
 
The seller has offered me a full refund. He has also admitted the figure was cleaned with a 'wet wipe' before posting it.

The figure is the same as the auction listing, there are alot of common marks, which can't be cleaned of. But the paint apps are worrying like you say, I will know better in a day or two when my other brown belt tri arrives.
 
I've just received another fett with the same light yellow crappy paint, I'm warming to the figure now. It would still be nice to know if anyone else has the same combo.

Do we have any fett collectors around?

It's the first time I've seen this figure. I've seen numerous decent unpainted knee/painted dart Tri Fetts in comparison. I guess he is quite rare. :wink:

He probably came off a Palitoy ROTJ card. Who knows???
 
Who knows???? exactly like a lot of figures until carded examples turn up they will remain a mystery.

Want a challenge? Look for a non-faded limbs version of HK Fett #3 with the dark paint apps.
