Last year on the old AFA population report there was only 3 off these graded. Seen last year there was a AFA 85 sold for over £3000
Now on the population report there is 15. Bringing the price off these right down

I was watching that as well, just out of interest to see what it went for.
I don't remember ever seeing them as a kid so I'm not sure if I'd ever shell out for one, but it is pretty cool.
Did Brian's Toys not have one for sale for months!?

Brian's toys have had a few off them for sale. Last year i suppose they where rare as there was only 3 on the population report graded. Now there more it lowers the price

I dont know what loose 1 go for. I sold a 1 boxed last year fully working for £125 I dont know what they would go for know

The sudden increase in graded ones mostly came from the Lucasfilm Archive auctions for the Make A Wish Foundation at CIV, CE and Jedicon over the last 12 months.

A lot of the stuff sold went straight to AFA to authenticate their origins from the LFL archive for resale.

Doesn't 80 seem like an unusually high grade seeing as large patches of wear are quite evident on the corners of the box?

I'm still bitter about one of my grades I hasten to add.
