This seller as many of you will remember couple of months back made about £30k selling a whole set of graded 12 backs separately. This Leia went for £4299 on it's own. Which seems like an astonishing amount.

This was the only one of the 12 the seller got negative feedback for, and was obviously returned.

It's back on eBay,

and is currently at £300 with 19 hours to go. Can't see that big of spike in price in that time. I'm dying to know what the buyer meant by "poor quality" in the feedback. It's graded and sealed, so how is there poor quality? Anyway, will be watching this sale and follow on feedback with much interest.

I saw this earlier along with the feedback. Perhaps a cracked bubble may warrant that feedback?

eBay won't be impressed if it's sold twice and same complaint happens. An item with potential £4k value, and the seller has put not effort into the details of the listing. Just used the same description even though they aren't selling the other 11 any more. Most bizarre.

The feedback suggests the same buyer was happy with the 5 other wins inc the 6.6k Luke so it must be something like bubble or case damage.

Went and emailed the seller. His reply.

"Hi the buyer admitted to me that he'd over bid by pushing the wrong keys he over paid that I know he maxed his credit cards out as I had to send him 6 different invoices then he wanted to send one back the grades on the figure are done by afa but he thought it had been graded wrong I know why he sent it back he couldn't afford it
Kind regards Dave"

It's up to £1.5k now ,

I have a nice Kenner AFA 85nm+ 12 back B stormtrooper , subs 85 , 85 , 80 ,

With this sort of money it's tempting! But it's just money

To me the torso of the Leia is now yellowed and so it shouldn't get an 85 grade so that could be why. It was graded in 2006 so these things can happen.

The seller also actually says the figure is a 90 in the listing but the grade is 85 for figure.

Went for £2550. So £1750 less than the first time. Good price anyway, but still ouch at the difference.

Not sure I'm buying that story because if the seller had explained it to ebay the negative feedback would be retracted. So he either didn't try to get it retracted, or the story is bull. Buyer must be nuts anyway paying prices like he paid for the others.

His listing also says he accepts returns so if the buyer wanted to return it he should have been able to. The negative feedback suggests the reason he left negative feedback was because he wouldn't accept the return.
