Hi Mates,
new on the Forum and also new into Star Wars Collecting.
I am collecting Masters of The Universe Toys since 2004, and now started to collect Star Wars, after I got in touch with a Star Wars Collector and got infected

Hi all,
good to see a few familar faces from BFTB
Name: Olly
Age: 39
Single/Married: Married next week
Residence: The Mid Shires my lord
Occupation: Computing
Kids: None (trying to convince her a Spanish villa would be better)
Pets: Cat (adopted stray that came with the house)
Collecting Focus: Palitoy Action Force/Man but recently failed to resist the power of Star Wars on the Vectis Auctions
Character Focus: Child hood favourites of mine & older brother's (bounty hunters & Endor outfits (Han/Leia), before we got a pellet gun for Christmas and shot all our toys in the ultimate battle (fun at the time but what a waste of Star Wars, MOTU, Secret Wars (from Spain), A-Team, Visionairies, Transformers, Action Force, Action Man (the chest exit wounds were awesome though) - Deep regrets but I blame getting older and the game Cross Bows & Catapults for starting the initial warfare. So before I potentially get banned or burnt at the stake, I have to state that we do love & cherish them all again now! Have some loose Star Wars figures that I found whilst being a dustman for a few years, back in the '90s but hoping to build up the collection, after being inspired by playing BattleFront 3.

Newbie here but lucky to have been taken to see the IV/V when they originally came out at the Liverpool Odeon. A real vivid memory is that there were 'real' storm-troopers' patrolling outside the cinema. By the time of ROTJ I was old enough to go as many times as possible. Which I did. Am I allowed to say I also love 'Doctor Who'?

Hello everyone! I am Gareth and I am a 35 year old father of two from Lisburn in Northern Ireland. I got to see Return of the Jedi in the cinema and it changed my life when I was but a nipper.
Now I, like all of you, want to complete my collection of figures from back then. Nearly there, only a few left to get!
I collect loose figures in decent enough nick, but I like to think they have had some play from them so I dont demand mint.

I've just signed up after unsuccessfully trying in the past (old crappy AOL emails to blame)
Have been a member on RS for 15 years but rarely venture on there these days.
It's good to see a thriving UK site so I will make this my regular SW fix from now.
There are a few regulars on here who I know quite well so hopefully they can vouch for me when I'm buying from you or selling to you

After attending Farthest From on Sunday I found out about this forum , So thought it only right to sign myself up
Really good event that I'll be sure to attend in the future , Properly rubbed shoulders with a load of you guys by the looks of it reading a few threads and possibly purchased a couple of bits from you if you were a seller at the event .
