Hello all, Im Steve and a 2nd time around collector.
Had a lot of Star Wars vehicles and figures in the 80s.....then sold them because I wanted a mountain bike (quite new at the end of the 80s :) ) to impress the girls ( i didnt :( ....now I am on a mission to buy it all back to impress my kids :)

Looking for the coveted A-Wing/B-Wing/Imperial Shuttle and Y-Wing.....don't mind what condition as long as they are able to be played with (carefully) so not looking for mint in box etc.

Great site btw :)

Welcome Steve :)

Hello everybody, my name's Scott, i've spent a fair bit of time lurking on the forum but decided to stop being a fanny and create an account.

I've been obsessed with Star wars since i was a kid and collected on and off since the early 90's but had a strange urge to start collecting MOCs again in the last year or so and i'm loving it.

I'm really glad i found this forum as everyone seems to be super friendly and the wealth of knowledge is amazing.

Cheers

I'm not new to collecting, just new to this place. Some people may know me from a few of the Facebook groups.......anyway, i'm going to go and have an explore! Catch ya later!

Hi Paul here

I have already posted but thought I would officially introduce myself.

Bought my first moc yesterday. ESB Yoda 32 back. I am hooked.

BTW AFA or UKG? I was going to go UKG as I think we 'locals' in the uk should support them and don't want to risk sending the figure to the US and back.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hi I'm Adam,

Been collecting vintage star wars since I can remember. Collected MOC since the late 90's and recently decided to focus on first released kenner line. completed the 12 back run last year (started in 2004) now chipping away at 20 backs but finding them harder than 12 backs!! So also collecting the 77 backs at the moment as the 20 backs are so hard going. I only buy AFA but only because they were around before UKG if I was starting today would go with UKG.

Some inspireing collectors on this forum who I look forward to getting advice from, I could talk star wars all day which does my wifes head in. So hoping this forum will be good therapy!
