Who's Who - Introduce yourself!

Hey,

I'm Sam from London and I have just registered, I have been collecting Star Wars figures for a long time with my dad, with around 280 figures, and many many vehicles. I've really taken interest in the vintage range from kenner, I have around 30 vintage figures and am constantly looking out for new figures to add. I'm always looking to trade figures and buy so pm me or something :D Well I just wanted to say hello,

Mumbo - unfotunatly my original collection was sold (rather cheaply i might add) around 1987. Someone in mid Devon got a hell of a deal that day........

Many years later it was seeing a picture of those two figures on Ebay that kicked of the whole collecting thing again.

Most men my age get a sportscar!
 
Hello all. Another newbie! I'm Gary from Devon. I went through a bit of a mad spell collecting vintage star wars around 10-12 years ago, and is all been in my parents loft since. Until just the other week when I moved the mentioned collection from the parents to mine I rooted through some boxes and BAM! the bug is back :D .
my main focus this time round is to continue adding to my loose figure collection and also correct weapons and accessories for them all so if you have any genuine ones going then its a good bet ill need them :lol:

Hi! Recently joined, and recently tried to introduce myself,last night infact, but must have pressed the wrong button(note to self step away from the computer after consuming copious amounts of Rum! Will I ever learn ?! :roll: ) .So here is my second introduction...... :)
Long time Star Wars Fan. Saw the original movies at my then,local, flea-pit. Mainly a Luke Skywalker fan,as, for me, the movies were really his journey. (always found Han Solo a bit sleazy, I know sacrilege!). These days I seem to have allegiances with the characters of R2D2,C3PO, and Yoda. Oh, and I remember when actors didn't always charge for their autographs,that dates me. How things have changed!
Not a fan of the last batch of movies,mis-cast, badly written etc. But have high hopes for the new movies. Bet JJ Abrams ain't feeling no pressure.

Have a mixed bag of a collection and, due to a lack of space if I add to it the item has to be very small. So I sometimes add to and sometimes sell.
So there I am! Let's see if I press the right button this time.B
 
Ha! Was going to say I can soothe your little tickle but I don't want to get banned from the forum on my first day due to a bad case of double-entendres! :lol:
