Who is this red action figure?

In a bizarre case of worlds colliding my other half went round with her friend's house where they played with her husbands childhood toy collection, and even gave advice on which cape went with each figure - after the photo was taken

Great photos and good to hear that the husband is keeping It all, and that all my hardwork is paying off.

But - what is the red figure. It's stamped Disney

I love the blackhole movie and I have some of the figures moc + the vehicle with box. But I still miss the black one S.T.A.R. and a few others
