who is this? is he worth anything

A friend found this in a bundle of figures and we think its luke skywalker but cant find this one pictured anywhere, any help would be appreciated

That figure is Luke Skywalker in battle poncho from the 1985 Power of the Force line and is a member of the "last17 figures. However as he has no accessories hi probably worth a £5.

On reflection your probably right probably £2-3 is more accurate
