The red cloak Bib Fortuna was never officially released on cards, it was just pictured on certain Jedi cardbacks and promotional artwork, some prototypes / preproduction examples do exist that came out of the Kenner factory but I think it's only 4 or 5 in the world. So I'm guessing this would be fake.
