Put all the characters in a fight to the death who wins?

Personally in the final I'd see :

Mace Windu- got bummed over by Anakin - was rock hard.
The Emperor- solid lightning action was blind sided by Darth.
Luke- Improving performer, would have a solid shout.
Yoda- unbeaten in 900 years.
Ben- Did he let Darth win?
Leia- Controversial, but could be a dark horse.
Anakin Skywalker ghost version, all the powers and experience of Darth and young Anakin, a strong contender if you can get him angry.

Early exit C3PO and Imperial Dignitary.

Surprise last 16- Ewok 'Forest' Team.

Overall winner?

Anakin was pretty hard before he turned but then got done by OB1. Have to say the Emperor for me, I reckon Luke in Episode 7 is gonna take some beating and will be as powerfull as anyone has been.

Yoda basically does Sidious in Episode 3. Fair enough the emperor isn't at the top of his game at that pointbut Yoda seems quite comfortable.

Also technically the Death Star Commander is pretty hard- if alone and on a fully operational Death Star. Obviously if one of the other characters is on it with him, he stands limited chance (if they can find him, it's pretty big).

Yak Face goes out 1st rd , Jar Jar gets lucky v Jawa and then has his head chopped off by Kit Fisto saber in the 2nd.
