i didnt think you could lay bricks under a certain temp ,ron will clear it up but its something to do with frost and cement

Your not suppose to build anything if its to cold its got to be 3 degrees and raising. If it's bellow this temperature the water freezes and the chemical reaction in the cement does not happen. At this time off year up north it's to cold. Thats way am off again
