I saw yours actually in your limelight , pretty cool 
and they have that tackyness about them that just screams fake/custom from a mile away!
Are yours a little smaller than a normal card? mine seems to be and can kind of fall into the star case if I dont position it right!

TBH I actually haven't looked at them that closely in ages so I have no idea.
Up close they scream fake, but I think those for characters/cards that were never released (like ur 8D8 POTF) are pretty cool and pretty harmless. I mean no one but a newbie would think they were actually genuine, and even if they do and end up buying them they won't get stung for much more than £20-£30.
Though that's not me condoning fakes/recards en masse!
