vintage molds used by ex employees in the 90's it seems

mostly done in blue - "blue harvest"

that how family guy star wars must have got its title too...

blue harvest was the working title for star wars - which is what the blue fakes were named after

the film crew wore blue harvest t-shirts and hats while going to location to fool onlookers and fan hoards

"blue harvest" was an imaginary horror film!

Was it not the working title for Return of the jedi? Or Empire?
As George was trying to be avoid people sneaking on sets and stuff, so the crews wore blue harvest emblems/logo's and the door's to the studios had blue harvest on them so people thought it was just some crappy film being made behind the door!

Anyway, I will one day own the 8D8 2 up ;) I must be dreaming lol

is it possible some one could have got hold of a origanal mould and knock figs out today with a 1977 stamp on .if i,m talking bollock just say as i,ve hammered grass vodka tonight

supposedly the moulds were destroyed. Which is why those 1990s re-issues were smaller then the originals, as they had to made from casts of existing figures

they have metal pins like the real carbalon hardcopies, but they go for a fraction of the price, still expensive, in the region of first-shot prices, when/if they come up for sale
