but know i pay £10 for dancing plus shoes and costumes
£4 swimming plus £4 for me to go in with her after
£4 karate plus the uniform
i am gonna be ****ed if she wants to play a instrument

but this time last year i could bench press 120k(not freeweight)

:shock: Wow, I can only manage around 65kg but thats for about 6 reps and I've never tried massive weights for single reps as I don't like using a spotter.

i did 3 reps but had a pause in between each one ,after i had them little stars for a few seconds in my eyes
can only do about 100 now but thats 6 reps,really got to get back in to it
